How soon can I expect delivery?

In most cases, if you choose a home from our inventory you could be ready to move in within ten days. Custom factory orders usually take four, to six weeks.

What if I don’t find exactly what I want?

Not a problem! We can customize most Park Models to fit your needs. Keep in mind we cannot add square footage. We must stay under four hundred square feet to keep the RV status.

Is financing available?

Yes! We can help you obtain a loan with a small down payment, or you can use the equity from your land or trade-in.

Do you take trades?

We offer top dollar for RVs or Park Model trades.

Can I place my Park Model on private property?

Park Models are RVs. We suggest you check with your local county/city zoning codes.

Can I buy factory direct?

Resort Homes offers factory direct delivery. You pick your plan with the options and features you desire and it is delivered from the factory to you. Factories do not sell retail, so those that claim you are purchasing from the factory are stretching it.

Why are Park Models considered an RV?

They have less than four hundred square feet and meet RPTIA standards. Any home over four hundred square feet is considered a manufactured home, which requires permits, plans, and many set-up inspections. Cavco offers loft Park Models, but because the loft is not full height it is considered storage space, not livable space.

How much to deliver a Park Model to my lot?

Price is based mileage, plus other factors, such as roads that require escorts. We can usually get back to you with a quote within a day.

Does the driver set up my Park Model?

No, the driver is only responsible for parking your Park Model on your site. We can usually park it close to where it needs to be. The set up guys jack or roll it into final position.
