It can vary from time to time, but it usually only takes 4-6 weeks to get a home ready to ship to your lot.

What if I don’t find exactly what I want?

Not a problem! Cavco has hundreds of floor plans to choose from and if you're still not satisfied, we can easily make most changes to an existing plan.

Is financing available?

Yes! We offer land and home financing or home only financing. We can even get you a loan with $500 down.

Where do you deliver manufactured homes to?

We ship homes to any where in the state of Arizona.

Can I buy factory direct?

Resort homes offers factory direct delivery. You pick your plan with the options and features you desire and it is delivered from the factory to you. Factories do not sell retail, so those that claim you are purchasing from the factory are stretching it.
