Cavco carries Park Models that are budget- friendly, entry-level homes without sacrificing quality, up to the elegant “Catalina” model, with almost every upgrade available. We have sold other brands, but none can compete with the variety, quality and pricing of Cavco.

Yes! We can help you obtain a loan with a small down payment, or you can use the equity from your land or trade-in.

back to top5. How soon can I expect delivery?

In most cases, if you choose a home from our inventory you could be ready to move in within ten days. Custom factory orders usually take four weeks.

back to top5. What if I don’t find exactly what I want?

Not a problem! We can customize most Park Models and manufactured homes to fit your needs. Keep in mind we cannot add square footage on Park Models. We must stay under four hundred square feet to keep the RV status.
